Dear Hirni's Florist, You have single handedly restored my faith in customer service. I had some issues with delivery. You were courteous and professional. My delivery was re-routed and you offered (without my asking) to make a fresh arrangement as the unsuccessful delivery was Friday and I called on Monday.
