Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Policy
At Hirni’s Wayside Gardens, we take great care to ensure that every floral arrangement and gift arrives fresh, beautiful, and as close to the requested delivery time as possible. We proudly offer local delivery throughout Miami-Dade County.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available on most orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders received after the cutoff may be delivered the following business day.
During major floral holidays—including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas—same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early whenever possible.
Delivery Times
While we are happy to accept requested delivery dates and time preferences, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been made with our shop in advance.
Business deliveries are generally prioritized during normal business hours. Residential deliveries may be made throughout the day and into the evening depending on order volume, traffic, weather, and delivery location.
Requests such as “morning,” “before noon,” or “after 3:00 PM” will be treated as preferences and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by our staff.
Recipient Availability
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient telephone number, and any gate, building, unit, or access information needed to complete the delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may, when appropriate:
Leave the arrangement in a safe and protected location;
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor, receptionist, concierge, security desk, or other authorized person;
Contact the recipient or purchaser for additional instructions; or
Return the arrangement to our shop if a safe delivery cannot be completed.
Our drivers will use reasonable judgment to protect flowers and plants from excessive heat, rain, direct sunlight, or other conditions that could damage the product.
Gated Communities, Condominiums & Apartments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate gate codes, building access instructions, unit numbers, and recipient contact information.
If our driver cannot gain access to the property or building, the order may need to be returned to the shop. An additional delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Hospitals, Hotels, Schools & Businesses
Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, and other institutions are subject to the receiving policies of that location.
Once an arrangement has been accepted by an authorized receptionist, front desk, security desk, mailroom, hospital staff member, or other designated receiving area, the delivery will be considered successfully completed.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the recipient is permitted to receive flowers or gifts at the location.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully verify all delivery information when placing your order. Hirni’s Wayside Gardens is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect telephone numbers, restricted access, or other information supplied incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be redirected or redelivered.
Holiday Deliveries
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major holidays are exceptionally busy delivery periods. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times on these days.
To ensure timely delivery, we may begin delivering holiday orders earlier in the day and may extend delivery hours as necessary.
Weather, Traffic & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
South Florida traffic, severe weather, road closures, accidents, building restrictions, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally cause delays.
We will always make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery on the requested date, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed when circumstances beyond our control affect our drivers.
