This was a Christmas gift for my sister and although I haven't seen it myself, she says it is the most beautiful arrangement from Hirni's yet and she has received many arrangements from them in the past including at least 2 a year from me. Thank you, Hirni's for consistently giving such wonderful service.

I hopped online at 11 PM. A mere 14 hours later I got a phone call gushing about the beautiful arrangement that was in my friend's entryway. The arrangement looked like it did online maybe even better.

My dear friend received the arrangement in the afternoon as she arrived home. She sent a photo, and hers were just as beautiful as the sample image. She was overwhelmed and so surprised. Hirni's has been our family's choice of florist for over 40 years precisely for its attention to detail, quality, and service. I moved to Virginia, but I trust this business and its people when I can't be there myself.

The arrangement was gorgeous BUT I provided my phone number, so that if the delivery person arrived when I was not home, he or she could call me. I called the florist because I had not received my order by the time I selected, and they told me that the driver left the arrangement behind the recycling container, since nobody answered. I was outside at the Pool, and had he called me I would have run out front to get it. Something so simple could make the experience 5 star vs 4.
